The first working people/access reference and its demo presentation are complete. The profiles are hypotheses; role permissions are proposals. This does not claim user validation, approved entitlements or the later role-specific landing pages.
Implementation status is separate from stakeholder approval and publication.
Goal
As an HOL stakeholder, I want working personas, role proposals and story relationships so I can review who the product serves and which capabilities need decisions.
How to check
- Read the dated results below to distinguish the original working model from later changes.
- Open the current Personas reference to review the people and their goals, then follow its role/story links.
- Treat the reference as a current view; the historical completion record describes the September 30–October 7 work, not later role experiences.
Historical completion criteria
- Separate persona goals from account roles and permission proposals.
- Document fifteen audience, contributor, operator and partner profiles with evidence boundaries and validation questions.
- Connect the working people model to ten proposed roles, the then-existing journeys and supporting paths, and story IDs.
- Present the approved illustrative portraits and audience/workflow summaries in the demo without treating invented chart values as research.
