HOL + external operators · Working hypothesis
HOL platform administrator
An HOL-authorized operator accountable for platform-wide access and configuration. This is a proposed operating role for a future HOL-controlled environment, not a claim that a production team or account has been established.
Primary goalKeep access, identity, entitlements, integrations, and exceptional actions correct and reviewable.

A path through the work.
A proposed sequence from the working persona. Access, approvals, and handoffs still need HOL review.
Review optional professional credential claims
provision/invite internal HOL staff
verify recipient acceptance/MFA
change or revoke scoped assignments
resolve entitlement exceptions with support
review audit records
configure approved integrations
handle global moderation escalation
recover or transfer administrative access through an approved process.
What could get in the way.
Least privilege, clear separation of editorial/commercial/moderation authority, durable audit history, safe recovery, and HOL ownership of production accounts. The current Andy-controlled dev and staging environments do not establish production governance.
Role relationship.
Separately assigned internal platform authority. Handles escalated disputed/exceptional organization claims; normal claims go to Commercial. Controlled recovery changes org assignments only, preserving personal identity and unrelated access. Ordinary professional setup and business-page updates require no administrator approval.
What this rests on.
role proposal and the prototype environment and ownership notes.
Working hypothesis; not a finding from member interviews or an approved production role.
What we need to learn.
HOL's accountable owner, approval path for high-privilege changes, support staffing, recovery process, and production service architecture.
